Today I’ve got a new release of RadicalCodex for both Linux and Windows.
In case you’re new around here: RadicalCodex is an eBook and Comic book reader and organizer… and it’s a fairly awesome one at that.
It includes full support for CBZ, CBR and PDF, auto-bookmarking, searchable collections and various other bits of awesomeness.
Key new features in RadicalCodex 1.3 for Linux:
- A new set of right click menu options when reading a comic or eBook.
- Up/Down arrows now scroll the page (until the end of the page is reached).
Key new features in RadicalCodex 1.3 for Windows:
- Now includes the bookmark list that we’ve been enjoying in the Linux version.
- All the improvements we’ve been getting in the Linux version to readability and an improved full screen mode.
And, of course, various bug fixes and optimizations throughout.
The purpose of version 1.3 is to continue improving the reading experience. As always, if you have any suggestions or feature requests, I’m all ears.

You know, RadicalCodex needs to be able to sync to the TI-89’s TI Chess Team’s ebook reader. But keep up the good work.

I think it’s cool you’re in this (the development of your suite of apps) for the long run, and keep improving it. I’ll probably get a copy, as long as I can remember it. And you know, sometimes I get really really anxious just pulling out my credit card. It’s one of those strange quirks I got I guess. Good job anyways!
